Terms of Service

The service
Hesto Health Care is a mediated staffing platform: we verify healthcare and home-care professionals, present anonymised profiles and openings, and coordinate every placement ourselves. Hesto is the sole channel of contact between hirers and staff until a placement is confirmed.
No direct engagement (anti-circumvention)
Hirers agree not to identify, contact or engage a professional introduced through Hesto other than via Hesto, and professionals agree likewise, for the duration of the engagement and 12 months after the introduction. Attempting to bypass the platform (including via free-text messages or notes) may result in account termination and liability for the applicable placement fee.
Accounts & accuracy
You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Staff profiles, qualifications and documents are submitted under a duty of truthfulness; misrepresentation is grounds for removal. Companies must have authority to hire on behalf of the organisation they name.
Fees
Browsing and posting requirements is free. Hesto charges hirers a placement fee, communicated and agreed before a placement is confirmed. Salaries for placed staff are agreed through Hesto during coordination.
Verification & disclaimers
We verify documents and conduct checks in good faith, but Hesto is a staffing intermediary — not the employer of listed professionals and not a healthcare provider. Hirers remain responsible for supervision within their facility or home; professionals remain responsible for practising within their qualifications. To the extent permitted by law, Hesto’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the placement concerned.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no harvesting of profiles, no attempts to defeat the platform’s privacy masking or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that put staff, clients or the service at risk.
Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
